Print Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal.

Pack Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, and attach the return label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location. You will receive a refund once our warehouse inspects the return.
